Defendants, EnerVest San Juan Acquisition Limited Partnership (“ESJA”), En-erVest Management Company, LLC (“EMC”), and EnerVest San Juan Operating, LLC (“ESJO”) (collectively, “Ener-Vest” or “Defendants”), move for partial summary judgment, pursuant to Rule 56, on Plaintiffs’ claim for declaratory judgment.
