This appeal is from a judgment foreclosing a mortgage upon real property in the city of Tacoma.
In its amended complaint, plaintiff alleges the giving of the note by defendant Morrison & Company, Inc., payable in the sum of ten thousand five hundred dollars three months after date, with interest at the rate of seven per cent per annum from date and twelve per cent per annum after maturity. It asks recovery, however, for only ten thousand dollars.
