Reversing.

Appellant, John H. Cox, instituted this action in the Mercer circuit court against appellees J. W. Riggins et ah, by which he sought to recover the principal and interest of two promissory notes for $4,587.50 each, and to set aside as fraudulent certain conveyances by Riggins to his wife and son, for the alleged reason that they were made for the fraudulent purpose of preventing the collection of the notes sued on.
