Affirming.
The appellants, in this action are the same as those in the action of Graeme McGowan, et al. v. Alvin Wells’ Trustee, decided on June 17, 1919. ■ The issues are the same and the facts are the same in both cases, except *21as hereinafter stated, and the opinion in the case, supra, is adopted as the opinion of the court, in this case, so far as the questions determined are similar. The notes herein sued on, were executed to the Peoples Bank by the Distillers Cooperage Company, on the same day, upon which the notes sued -on in McGowan, et al. v. Wells’…
