This action is brought by a citizen of the State of Louisiana against The Kansas City Southern Railway Company, a Missouri corporation (Railroad), and the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employees (Brotherhood), an unincorporated association of individuals residing in the State of Louisiana and all other States of the Union.
