PLUMMER, J., pro tem.

The three actions above named were tried together, and involve only one question, to wit, the ownership of a tract of land lying between the meander line and the waters of Clear Lake. The respective plaintiffs had judgment and the defendant appeals.

The actions were brought to quiet the title to lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of section 29, township 15 north, range 7 west, M. D. B. & M., abutting on Clear Lake, the plaintiffs alleging ownership to the actual water-line on the lake, irrespective of the meander line, as shown by the original survey of the property in dispute.
