WILNER, Judge.

One hundred sixty years and two months after its creation by the Maryland Legislature, the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company (B & 0) went out of existence. It was merged into the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company (C & 0) which, for many years, had had a controlling interest in B & O. Appellants are former minority stockholders of B & O. Convinced that they were ill treated by B & 0, C & 0, and C & O’s parent company, CSX Corporation, they brought this action in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City to enjoin the merger.
