SWEENEY, District Judge.
This case is before me on the plaintiffs’ application for a preliminary injunction. It is one of thirty cases which were argued simultaneously. The facts differ in many of the cases, and are being treated separately.
Findings of Fact.'
The defendant has a principal place of business in Massachusetts, and is engaged in handling milk, cither in the current of interstate commerce, or in such a manner that it directly burdens, obstructs, or affects interstate commerce in that commodity.
