The Aurora Daily News Company, an Illinois corporation, hereinafter called the Company, Albert J. Hopkins and Charles H. Smith, filed a bill in equity against Lincoln B. Frazier. One object of the hill was to secure an injunction against the further prosecution of a suit brought by Frazier against the company on January 21, 1910, in the Circuit Court of Kane county upon a promissory note dated September 2, 1909, payable on demand after date with interest at six per cent per annum, for the principal sum of $2,500, purporting to be executed by the company by Frazier, its president, to the…
