The appellant filed a complaint in two paragraphs charging certain acts of negligence by the appellees in connection with the administration of a spinal anesthetic. The first paragraph charged the appellee, Dr. Margaret H. Tilden, with negligence in administering spinal anesthesia to , the appellant in connection with an operation for the removal of appellant’s appendix, which operation was performed by the appellee, Dr. J.
