Norton’s Children’s Hospital (“Norton” or “defendant”) challenges the decision of the Court of Appeals which reversed the trial court’s decision granting summary judgment for Norton in this medical malpractice action. Sword v. NKC Hosp., Inc., 661 N.E.2d 10 (Ind.Ct.App.1996). Specifically, the trial court ruled on a choice of law question that it was bound to apply Indiana law rather than the law of Kentucky.
