The above referenced action alleges that Defendant Parker-Hannifin Corporation (“Parker”) improperly designed, manufactured, marketed, and serviced defective industrial oil seals sold to Plaintiff Omni USA, Inc. (“Omni”) specifically for use in its gearboxes as part of agricultural irrigation systems sold to a third party. The Original Petition (# 1, Ex.
