This action was brought by Phyllis B. Weathers pursuant to Minn. St. 559.01 to determine an adverse claim asserted by John August Anderson to plaintiff’s property arising out of defendant’s purchase of tax assignment certificates relating to said property.-After trial to the court without a jury, on December 31, 1969, the trial court filed its findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order for judgment, holding that plaintiff is the owner in fée simple of the subject property, that defendant’s service of notices of expiration of redemption was insufficient, and that the…
