{¶ 1} Respondent, Patrick S. Mason of Sandusky, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0076884, was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2003.

{¶ 2} Relator, Toledo Bar Association, filed a complaint charging respondent with several violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Respondent failed to answer the complaint, and pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(6)(F), relator filed a motion for default judgment, which was referred to a master commissioner.
