Hansen v. Duvall

-Appellants, plaintiffs below, were the owners of eight hundred acres of land in Miami County, Kansas. In July, 1926, they executed an oil lease on said land to one A. W. Christy, by.the terms of which plaintiffs were to receive a royalty equal to one-eighth of all oil produced and saved from the leased premises. Later plaintiffs by deed conveyed to defendant, W. F. Dhvall, one-fourth of their one-eighth royalty interest.
