This is an original special proceeding instituted by direction of this court for the purpose of determining *265whether the license' of T. F. Elliott as an attorney and counselor at law of this state shall be revoked. To such specifications of the accusation as were not stricken out on demurrer the accused filed a.n answer, which, in effect, denies all the remaining allegations of misconduct. Upon the issues so joined the cause was tried in open court, the accused being present in person and represented by counsel.
