The accusation in this proceeding was filed' by the then Attorney General by direction of this court. It charge's the accused with having violated the duties of an attorney and counselor at law, in that he was guilty of acts ■ of deceit and collusion with intent to deceive a party to an action in a court of record in this state, and with intent to deceive a court and a judge of a court of record in this state; the facts relating to such charge being alleged substantially as follows: That the accused is a duly licensed attorney and counselor at law, entitled to practice in all the courts of…
