On June 17, 1988, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit suspended Respondent, Jack B. Solerwitz, for one year from practice before that tribunal. In re Solerwitz, 848 F.2d 1573 (Fed.Cir.1988), cert. denied, — U.S. -, 109 S.Ct. 784, 102 L.Ed.2d 775 (1989). This court directed the Board on Professional Responsibility (the Board) to recommend whether the identical discipline should be imposed in this court.
