Appeal from a judgment of the district court affirming orders of the railroad and warehouse commission granting a restricted certificate of convenience and necessity.
In 1945 respondent, referred to hereinafter as the petitioner, filed a petition for a certificate of public convenience and necessity under L. 1925, c. 185, as an auto transportation company to operate between the Twin Cities and the Iowa border through designated points on the route specified.
