From a judgment in favor of plaintiff after trial before a jury in an action to recover damages received in an automobile accident alleged to have been caused by the: (a) defective condition of a street of defendant municipality and (b) negligence of defendant Department of Water and Power in erecting and maintaining a service pole, defendants appeal.
