FACTS

Respondents Saric et al. prevailed in a personal injury action. Judgment on the merits was entered on October 3, 1989.

Appellant Willprecht-Sandgren moved for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial. The trial court denied the motions in an order dated November 22, 1989. That order directed that “judgment be entered accordingly.” This appeal, from the October 3, 1989 judgment on the merits and the November 22, 1989 order, was taken on December 29, 1989.
