This case requires us to interpret the definition of “plaintiff’ in the Texas-resident exception to the forum non conve-niens statute. A deféndant estate was sued in Texas regarding a Mexican decedent’s alleged responsibility for a car accident in Mexico. The estate filed a third-party claim against Ford.
