In this administrative appeal, we review the Texas Medical Board's order imposing disciplinary sanctions under the Medical Practice Act against a physician for violating a state law that requires medical certifications for death certificates to be completed electronically. On the physician's petition for judicial review, the trial court affirmed the Board's order, and the court of appeals likewise affirmed.
