Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction on each of three several' charges of burglary against him, and from an order of the trial court denying his motion for a new trial thereon.
It is first urged by appellant that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict. The case against defendant was the burglarizing of rooms in certain hotels in the city of Los Angeles.
