The Gulf Refining Company, a. Texas corporation, filed a bill of complaint against R. G. Morgan, a citizen of South Carolina, in the District Court, to restrain the prosecution in the court of common pleas for Union county, S. C., of a suit previously brought by Morgan against the refining company and D. J. Whitlock, one of its employees, likewise a citizen of South Carolina.
