Romo v. Champion
Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
TACHA, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiffs Marilyn Romo and her daughter, Misty Gardner, filed suit alleging that defendants Ron Champion, Bill McKenzie, Gary Maynard, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the Osage County Sheriffs Office, the Pawhuska County Sheriff’s Office, and the Hominy City Police violated their constitutional rights in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983. They now appeal the district court’s order granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment. We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm.
