TIREY, Justice.

Plaintiffs brought this suit against International Great Northern Railroad Company, its trustee, and members of its train crew, and Railway Express Agency, Inc., to recover damages for injuries resulting in the death of Ralph L. Robinson, sustained in a crossing accident. The plaintiffs are the widow and father of the deceased. At the conclusion of the evidence the court granted plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss their suit against International-Great Northern Railroad Company, R. H. Fitts, G. F. Bratz and J. H. Chapman.
