OPINION

ARNOT, Justice.

This is a summary judgment case. Steven Patrick Musick and John Kenneth Mu-sick, appellants, brought a declaratory judgment action each seeking to establish a one-fourth ownership in the “Revised Ted Musick Trust,” an irrevocable spendthrift trust.
