Carl Schultz, hereinafter called petitioner, on the morning of August 21, 1932, and while in the employ of the Central Avenue Dairy, sustained serious physical injuries as the result of an automobile colliding with a milk wagon which he was driving. There is no question but that the injuries arose out of and in the due course o'f his employment. He was removed to a hospital for treatment, and placed on the compensation rolls by the Industrial Commission of Arizona, hereinafter called the commission, which was the insurance carrier for petitioner’s employer.
