MEMORANDUM
NEWCOMER, District Judge.
This case arises out of the transfer of corporate funds from Willbet Enterprises, Inc. (Willbet) to the defendants, Bally’s Park Place, Inc. (Bally’s) and Marina Associates, d/b/a Harrah’s Marina (Harrah’s). The plaintiff William Schaps is the trustee in bankruptcy of Willbet, against which an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed on March 31, 1983. Plaintiff alleges that from August 3, 1980 through May 10, 1982, the president and chief executive officer of Willbet — William Rush — issued thirty-three (33) Willbet checks payable to Bally’s in the…
