THIS IS a Chapter 7 case and the matter under consideration is a claim asserted by George Hadley, the Trustee of the estate, against the several defendants named in the above captioned adversary proceeding. The Trustee’s claim for relief is based on Sec. 544(b) of the Bankruptcy Code. The complaint asserts that Vincent Acquafredda and Joan B.
