MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

This decision addresses the contested motions for continuance, reconsideration, and approval of a settlement issue. Familiarity with this court’s prior decisions, which, inter alia, appointed a chapter 11 trustee under § 1104(a)(1), determined whether certain property was part of the bankruptcy estate, and held that Prin Corporation is the successor in interest to claims filed here by the trustee in another bankruptcy case, is assumed.
