In this Chapter 7 case of Final Analysis, Inc. (the “Debtor” or “FAI”), the Court has before it the Objection to Notice of Transfer of Claim (the “Transfer Objection”). Docket No. 628. The Transfer Objection was filed by Margaret Becraft, Richard Kavanagh, Alexander Kisin, Steve Merritt and James Anthony Sanders (collectively, the “Ahan Employees”).
