This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when plaintiffs car struck defendants’ Holstein cow on the coast highway near Tillamook. The jury returned a special verdict finding plaintiff to be 50 percent negligent and defendant 50 percent negligent and awarded total -money damages of $10,500.
