MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

PAUL L. FRIEDMAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the request of defendant Timothy D. Naegele for “inspection of the full Grand Jury minutes, instructions, subpoenas and other discovery, together with an evidentiary hearingf.]” Defendant’s Memorandum of Facts and Law Regarding Potential Grand Jury Violations and Further Proceedings at 1. For the reasons explained below, the Court grants defendant’s request for inspection and its further request for an evidentiary hearing. See id. at 24-27.
