This is an appeal from a judgment awarding damages and quieting title in respondent to the Contact unpatented mining claim located in a federal mining district in Sonoma County. The court quieted title in the appellants to the adjoining Mohawk claim, also an unpatented mining claim. The dispute between the parties concerns the location of the east boundary line of the Contact mine, which boundary forms the west boundary line of the Mohawk claim.
