The defendant, A Better Way Wholesale Autos, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Sharay Freeman, on her complaint. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court erred, as a matter of law, in concluding that (1) the defendant violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, General Statutes § 42-110a et seq. (CUTPA), (2) an award of punitive damages was appropriate, (3) the defendant committed fraudulent misrepresentation by nondisclosure of material facts, and (4) an award of attorney's fees to the plaintiff was appropriate.
