The defendant, American Car Rental, Inc., doing business as Acme Rent-A-Car, appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Richard Votto, concluding that the motor vehicle rental agreement between the parties constituted a contract of adhesion, and that the defendant’s conduct with regard to the rental violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq.
