The plaintiffs appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their administrative appeal in which they had sought review of the denial by the New Haven department of real estate services of relocation benefits under General Statutes §§ 8-266 through 8-282, the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act (URA).
