Action in claim and delivery to recover possession of certain property consisting of lodge furniture and furnishings alleged to be wrongfully withheld by defendants from plaintiffs.
The material facts out of which the action arose, in so far as necessary to this decision, are as follows: The plaintiff Supreme Lodge of the World, Loyal Order of Moose, is a fraternal organization incorporated under the laws of Indiana.
