The plaintiffs, George H. Davis and Henry Maclsaae, were, but no longer are, members of the defendant International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and Motion Picture Operators of the United States and Canada, an unincorporated association. Plaintiffs are no longer members of the Alliance because they were expelled from that organization following trials upon charges that they had joined an organization which was opposed to the best interests of the Alliance and by so doing had conducted themselves in a manner detrimental to the advancement of the purposes which the…
