The Director of the Department of Employment Services (“Director”) affirmed a Compensation Order of an administrative law judge (“ALJ”), finding elaimant/inter-venor Monique Berthault temporarily partially disabled as a result of a work-related injury. Petitioner Washington Post contends that substantial evidence does not support the ALJ’s findings of fact and conclusions of law and the Director’s affir-mance thereof.
