¶ 1 Douglas and Robert Marrs (“Douglas and Robert”) ask us to reverse the district court’s denial of their motion to set aside a default judgment extinguishing their eoten-ant interest in a piece of real property and awarding exclusive ownership of the property to Jackson Construction Company (“Jackson Construction”) based on a claim of adverse possession.
