Petitioners and intervenors in these consolidated cases challenge various aspects of an opinion by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC” or “Commission”) interpreting the minimum bill provision of a tariff for resale of liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) imported from Algeria and regasified at a facility in Cove Point, Maryland.
