AND NOW, this 30th day of June, 1997, upon consideration of defendant’s Motion to Dismiss, plaintiff’s Motion to Quash Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss and to Deny, and plaintiffs Motion for a Preliminary Injunction, it is hereby ORDERED that defendant’s Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED, plaintiffs Motion to Quash is DENIED, and plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction is DENIED as moot.
