ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT

This cause is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint (Dkt.72), Defendants’ Amended Memorandum of Law in Support of Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint (Dkt.73), Plaintiffs Response to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint (Dkt.74), and Defendants’ Reply (Dkt.77).
