Appeal from an order denying a motion for judgment non ob-stante or a new trial.

Plaintiff recovered a verdict against defendant in an action for damages for personal injuries resulting from a collision between two motor vehicles on March 10, 1941, at the intersection of Marshall and Fairview avenues in St. Paul. Marshall avenue runs east and west and Fairview avenue north and south. They intersect at approximately right angles.
