HOUSER, Commissioner.
Gentry Politte brought suit for damages to his automobile arising out of a collision between the ambulance and a passenger car owned and operated by Arlie Miller. The latter filed an answer to the petition and a counterclaim for personal injuries and property damage. Politte filed a reply to the counterclaim. The parties disposed of the issues on the petition and answer. By stipulation plaintiff’s petition was dismissed, the parties agreeing that the counterclaim not be affected thereby.
