OPINION AND ORDER
LEISURE, District Judge.
This is a diversity action involving the extent, if any, of the liability of defendant Aetna Casualty and Surety Company (“Aetna”) to plaintiff Ethicon, Inc. (“Ethi-con”), under insurance policies issued by Aetna. Ethicon seeks indemnification for moneys paid in satisfaction of an $18,900,-000 judgment rendered against it in an antitrust action entitled Handgards, Inc. v.
