Affirming.
On March 6, 1933, Will Lee Fisher, an employee of Holt Brothers Mining Company, died as the result of an injury caused by an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. On March 10, an agreement was entered into between his dependents and the mining company whereby they were allowed compensation at the rate of $10.73 a week for 335 weeks. The agreement was signed by Mrs. Lodema Fisher, widow of the decedent, and by Holt Brothers Mining Company, by Independence Indemnity Underwriters, by J. Craig Riddle & Company, and was approved by…
